His first factory was established in Kampar Regency, Riau under the name of PT. Riau Kampar Sahabat Sejati. In the same year, he started a crude palm oil or CPO, canal and shell or palm shell transportation business under the name survey dongan saroha which is centered in the city of Pekanbaru.

The second factory was built in Kisaran, North Sumatra under the name PT. Sawit Inter Perkasa. Having a vision to develop the palm oil business from upstream to downstream, Mr. Joni Liutinius then founded Druk Mustika Agung

In 2015, the fourth factory was built under the name of PT. Mustika Agung Sarana Sejahtera in Rokanhilir Regency, Riau Province. And followed in 2018, the fifth factory was built under the name of PT. Mustika Agung Sawit Gemilang in Indra Girihulu Regency, Riau Province.

Company control is carried out using CCTV in all parts and there is an audit that controls SOPs in the field. In improving the quality and building the character of human resources, we have a company work ethics book and employee discipline training in collaboration with the TNI. Employee assessments use Key Performance Indicators or KPIs. SOP training uses videos and all administration from the factory to the head office is controlled by an integrated online system.
